I had great experience with Martin & Co. My first impression when I came in to their office was they were all very friendly and welcoming. Through out the meeting with Maxine Card, the branch Manager has gone above and beyond, she was very open and very clear in explaining their services and answering all my questions. She was very helpful, professional and quick response with the email correspondence. She then introduced me to Juliet Mutch and Kelly Kennedy. Juliet is the designated portfolio manager who is responsible to handle my property from finding new tenant, arranging/managing/handling the tenancy through out their stay. Kelly is the lettings negotiator. Between the two of them, they are a good team, very helpful, professional, good communication and quick response. I am pleased with the service that I have received to this point especially to Maxine Card, Kelly Kennedy and Juliet Mutch. I am happy they found new tenant for my property. I would highly recommend Martin & Co to any landlord/landlady to put your property with them. Keep up the good work!
