Although he had only recently taken over managing our property, his attention to detail and willingness to find the ideal tenant is what makes him a gem. I honestly couldn’t be happier. I was in a time sensitive situation and Martin & Co managed to get me moved in within a week of viewing a property. After viewing my first property, I wasn’t too sure. The agent who showed me around sent me around 10 more properties which included aspects I was looking for. The next day I was able to view and move in a week later. As well as this, I received a beautiful welcome box which included some lovely treats and a bottle of wine when I picked up my keys. Such a lovely surprise. Lastly, I had a slight plumbing issue the day I moved in, Martin & Co managed to get a plumber out to me the next day and the issue was resolved. I couldn’t recommend them more. Exceptional service and great professionalism.

The Martin & Co team in Aberdeen were great. Using Video tours, and a 360° Virtual Tour they managed to lease my Apartment in the Bastille during the first COVID lockdown without a physical viewing taking place, within a week!
