Martin & Co are great at what they do. This is the second time I'll be moving into an apartment run by them and I can say that they are very excellent. The offer prompt response to every enquiry, as their team work tirelessly to ensure that tenants get the best service and are also particular about tenants preferences. I was fascinated by the speed at which they were able to facilitate my move into a new house despite the covid-19 lockdown. It is one of the highlights of the services I was offered. If you are new in Aberdeen or areas where the have listings or you are interested in moving houses, Martin & Co, will set you up really good. Trust their service. They are right at the top of their game.

I would rate them more than 5 star if possible. Myself and my partner recently acquired our first property to rent through Martin and Co. They made they initial viewing, process of moving in and aftercare everything we hoped for. It was such a pleasure, rather than a stressful time that could be associated with moving. I moved into my flat in August 2019 from the south of England and felt very supported by Martin and Co. When I arrived to the city I visited their offices (ahh pre-COVID days!) and spoke to Adam who had been very responsive in emails. Collecting keys and signing the paperwork was very straight forward and they even gave me a bottle of wine! When I moved in there were a few issues and points to add to the inventory but that was handled very quickly. I had no problems with the property or the agency they have been nothing but helpful. I gave notice to move out in August 2020 due to personal circumstances and again this was handled very well and I was given all the checkout information I would need. I can say that I am sad to leave Martin & Co because it can be very difficult to find a good letting agency particularly if you are in your mid-20s and have recently finished education but I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
