We had a very good experience viewing rental property through Martin & Co. We viewed the property with Kelly. She was very punctual with the timing given to us, friendly and very professional. Initially when there was connection problem, she managed to call from another number and made our viewing go smoothly. And also Stephen Barr was very helpful and responded immediately whenever we sent an enquiry mail. Overall had a wonderful experience with Martin & Co.

I can't thank enough Martin&Co especially Stephen Barr and Kelly Kennedy for their selfless support and their invaluable service. I have recently moved to Aberdeen and considered renting a flat a daunting task. However, with the amicable face and professional manners of Kelly and the expertise Stephen has you are in good hands. Kelly was so lovely in answering my questions during the flat viewing , very kind and attentive. It didn’t feel like I was being rushed out to the next person, which is a nice change. Later communicated with Stephen who helped me set up everything I needed regarding the flat. Had a few issues and he was prompt in answering my questions and solving any problems I had . Great communication from everyone

I had a great experience with Martin & Co when I recently rented an apartment in Aberdeen. Kelly was really friendly and professional and the entire viewing process and subsequent steps were very smoothly coordinated and managed. Stephen has also been extremely quick to answer all my questions and has made the entire process easy. Definitely recommend!
