As a tenant, Martin & Co has been nothing but helpful so far with any problems me and my flatmates have had with the flat. They are very professional and responsive unlike some other agencies in the area that I've had to deal with. The agent dealing with our flat, Calum Glover, has been great in terms of communication, which makes us feel very comfortable if we are ever in need of an emergency.

I've been with Martin & Co for almost 4 years. Words can’t describe my appreciation to this agency in general and specifically to Maxine and Calum for their outstanding help. They always reply very quickly. Any issues with the flat often take less than 24 hours to be seen or solved. They solve any issues that may rise very quickly. I am impressed by the way how they keep in touch with both landlords and tenants. I highly recommend this agency to anyone who wants great service.
