Until last week I owned and let out a one bedroom flat in the Westend of Aberdeen, through Martin and Co. Ashley was my agent for a large period of my time as a landlord. I cannot stress enough just how excellent a contact Ashley has been. He was always highly professional, responsive and knowledgeable. He was also empathic, supportive and reassuring.
