Great service by Kelly Kennedy. She is a great asset to Martin & co. While we were searching for a rental property, Kelly helped us to find a beautiful house and then helped us all the way through to renting it. Now even after 6 months , we contacted her about a problem, she instantly responded and helped us . Can’t recommend her enough. Thank you Kelly 🙏.

I have worked with Martin and Co for several years and this has worked really well for me. Communication is good, emails answered promptly, always within the day and proactively when issues arise. They are also fair and balanced between tenants and landlords making sure properties are at a high standard for tenants but also ensuring they are maintained properly and returned in good condition. Condition reports come on time and all compliance relating to the properties is kept up to date. Maria Castaneda and Kelly Kennedy have been great over the recent months managing my properties.
