I used the property centre once and never again! they are all nice while you are going through the process of renting but as soon as you move in everything changes! we rented a house which had a serious problem with mould and leaking which we were not made aware of, seeing as I was pregnant at the time the decent thing to do was tell me. fast forward time and plenty of times of reporting issues my baby was born and due to these problems I lived downstairs, they are a waste of space and have no time for you as soon as you have signed on the dotted line. avoid at all costs!
Good morning,I have concerns about using TPC after doing a little light research. As suggested yesterday with our meeting with Scott that 'all listings on right move are premium' and 'always have a floor plan, which is essential' I have been looking this morning online and there are numerous property's listed with TPC without floor plans and are not premium listings! Furthermore I'm not sure what procedures are in place but to be told "you stay with the mortgage advisor while I look around your house" was rather rude and totally unacceptable. I have never met Scott before but he wanted free rein to walk about our house in rooms upstairs totally un-escourted. In my view this is certainly NOT normal procedure when other valuers have been around to our property. I would like to know why he thought it OK to wander freely in our home?! We had also booked to view a house with TPC this evening and learned via your ipad PowerPoint last night "we get you loads of viewing" but we've just found out 6hours beforehand, Sorry we can't gain access to the property. (Certainly not good for your weekly viewing target) Thus giving us a lack of confidence in TPC which is further reinforced by a lack to secure a sale 12 months ago with a previous house, with us wanting to buy immediately but TPC could not pull their finger out quick enough to confirm a sale, we looked else where and completed per the time scale, couldn't bite the hand off potential business back then?!. Perhaps your team could focus on people rather than stats and figures which was rather abruptly drummed into us last night by an ill engaged PowerPoint where a polite face to face conversation would have sufficed, and without the need to constantly compare his 'performance' and TPC to previous valuers and their strategies. Forget TPC it's more like TCP.... smells funny and leaves a bad after taste. Please do enlighten me as to why Scott felt it OK to wander around our house. I look forward to hearing from you (and not in a presentation format) RegardsR&F
Many thanks to all the team at the Churchdown branch. Always friendly professional and caring.
Lack empathy, slow to resolve complaints/ return calls/ return emails and then when you hand your notice in their attitude gets worse.
