Rude agents, that clearly don’t care about people situations and offer no assistance to help, way better company’s out there, do not use.

Not great customer service when your viewing gets cancelled within 24 hours due to the property being sold.. We waisted 2 days waiting for some simple information that I had to chase up. Then worked with the agent for there most convenient for them to accommodate the viewing. The correct option would be to honour existing viewings and to take property off the market. Although I do appreciate the conditions of the market at the moment.

Please make everybody aware of these rogue landlords and letting agent.Never deal with The Property Centre or the landlords at 52a Rookery Road, Innsowrth. Issues will never get sorted as the landlords agreed that they can't afford to fix the issues (I have this in writing) and they clearly don't care about the property. With regards to the property centre I would keep clear from them. They won't help out with any issues, they will tell you that you are being unreasonable for not removing stuff the homeowners should be removing (this was the lettings department manager from the property centre head office). We are now having endless issues now that we have handed the keys back, the propertyis in a better state than when we got it and we painted the whole house at our own costs. Please spread the word and avoid these people as your time at the property will be hell through not fault of your own! I am happy to give more information if requested.

Absolutely useless, appalling attitude and extortionate leaving fees - even if you leave due to their incompetence.

No I wouldn’t recommend at the final stage of a move and haven’t heard from anyone for over 3 weeks now, even if it was just a call for a little reassurance through this difficult time, completely unprofessional.
