I have had to complain about some of there tennants about noise they are making constantly the company have been unhelpful and quite abrupt and rude in there replying,they are obviously going to do nothing about it plus there tennants had a leak which came into our property,this company sent some one round eventually,they ran the water and said every thing is fine, totally ignoring all the water stains on our ceilings so they were called back because it got worse,we had to get the freeholder involved and the landlord of the property involved because they were taking so long to fixe a simple problem and still they took there time to fix it,with no apologies,no attempt to to say sorry or try and pay for damages,i can say they can not be trusted, not sure what they actually do for there money they take off people and I have e,mails that have been sent back and forth aswell and now they lied to there tenants saying we were saying they were playing loud music at 2am and banging around when I never said anything like that,they nearly made our situation much worse must by lying ,what i actually had said was there water pump was going none stop during the day and at 2am it was going none stop and woke me up,so I said theyneed to get some one to fix it,thank god the neighbours had reported it all ready, i dont know why they lied
