Very unhelpful,even when we had a leak and lots of noise and anti social noise nuisance.No help at all and do not care.answer very rudely back and never sort anything.We had to let our freeholder know about issues as they were not sorting anything.we had to wait for the leak to be worse for awhile before it was sorted and only due to my other half knowing the problem but yet the soo called plumber they haf did not sort it or know or want to do anything that they used.it wrecked our insides and they did not care at all.Just like the temants that cause on purpose stuff and I am surprised our ceiling hasn't come down yet.it is more than just normal stuff and they just don't sort out anything.The hard floor in a flat and loads of time of the day problems .they just reply with no care or rudeness instead of doing they're job even from the start.poor company they're false promises of they're fake caring and listening.
