This is definitely the best experience I have ever had with an estate agent. -they break the mould and do things differently. From the very first contact, through the entire process and to completion, EVERYONE that I dealt with was friendly, professional, honest, helpful and NOTHING seemed too much trouble. Eleanor was my main point of contact and I felt like she was always available to advise me, offer support, help in any way needed and offer guidance with frank impartial advice - even when she probably shouldn't have been (day and night). Her knowledge of all things seemed to have no limits (and if she didn’t know she would say, but she would then go and find the answer), her passion and care were endless and it was a genuine pleasure to work with her in achieving the house sale. Bearing in mind that I never got to meet any of the team as I had to do everything remotely, I felt as valued and enjoyed our relationship as if we had met on several occasions. Viewings were as promised, led by one of the top team with extensive feedback after each viewing I genuinely cannot recommend Henley's enough!
