We have been particularly impressed with Ross, Richard and Aidan, who have been endlessly patient and helpful whilst we navigate finding a house. I am a landlord and Whitegates has been managing my properties for the last couple of years. I have received very good service from the team. Rebecca, Melanie and Jonathan have been dealing with issues with my tenants and repairs. They are always very friendly and approachable and have sorted out any concerns promptly. I most recently worked with Jordan who was very friendly and efficient getting my latest property rented and he kept me updated throughout the process.
