The best quality service!
As first time buyers, we were a bit overwhelmed and stressed during the whole process, but Mile Estates, especially Kyle has always been there for us to provide a great support and helped us to complete the purchase on time. A truly thorough and intelligent Estate Agent
I've had the pleasure of working with Kay Meshkin-Pour when we bought our house through him and his agency. I met Kay when I went from agent to agent in Kensal Rise to register when we had already put our flat on the market with someone else.. He immediately sized up my family's requirements and showed me a house on his computer. That was the house we went on to buy. It was a long and tricky process due to offers falling through on our own place that was being sold by another agent, and Kay was very helpful and reassuring in the process. He kept our vendor informed and negotiated the extra time we needed to get our sale through so we could purchase. Kay's knowledge of the market, the process and the area was incredible. I needed him as much for my sale as my purchase as he was our advisor. In a world where Estate agents are seen as hustlers, it's very good to find someone you can really trust. Kay will make things happen. I'll be sending everyone I know to him.

Brilliant service - would not hesitate to recommend!
Kyle and Kay at Mile Estates were incredibly helpful and professional from the word go. They went above and beyond - buying our flat was incredibly straightforward and they were super efficient. Even after completion - they assisted with lots of local knowledge and advice. Would not hesitate to recommend Mile Estates to anyone!

Moving can be daunting and overwhelming so it helps when you find an agent who goes above and beyond the call of duty. I was lucky to have Krupa Patel assist me in my search for a new home. She was patient, reassuring, and I felt like she genuinely cared about me finding a flat I loved! I am now living in the most perfect flat ;) Thank you Krupa for all your help. Kay helped us find a flat inside our (very limited) budget.. He managed to tick every single box on our wish list, which was simply incredible (including moving towards centre, not away from it) - we had not expected that at all. When the sale took a lot longer than expected (and we feared we were losing our sanity), he was there, trying to help. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Highly recommended – Honest, helpful and friendly!!!!
I have used Mile to buy a property a few years ago and recently again to rent a property so I have experience with both the sales and letting team. They are proactive, friendly, professional, helpful & honest without being pushy or stressful like many other agents. Kay and his team are fantastic!!!! A rare find in this industry!!!

Fantastic service! First time renter in London, not only had the best place we had looked at but knew the house inside and out and made us feel very happy with the booking. Krupa was amazing and has been a constant help.

The best agent in Kensal Rise
I have both bought a property and leased one out through Kay and his team at Mile, as well as dealing with other agents in the area. What stands out is their ability to deliver. Kay has a pragmatic and proactive approach to getting the job done and he and the whole team are actually a pleasure to deal with, unlike the typical estate agent stereotype! Delivering the best possible deal from the market, doing it quickly and adding value through a strong network of local tradesmen, Mile are the best agents in Kensal Rise.

Great personal experience
We recently sold our flat in Kensal Rise through Kay at Mile Estates. Their valuation was higher than all of the other agents and managed to achieve asking price incredibly quickly. Was a pleasure to deal with Kay and his team. Always available to talk and helped move things along swiftly for exchange and completion. Would thoroughly recommend and use them again.
