Great Experience - Great Flat - Big thank you!
Our experience with Mile Estates is based on our interested in a one bed flat to rent in the Queens Park area as a couple. From the first viewing, Krupa never rushed us and accommodated our schedule with last minute weekend and evening viewings. We viewed several flats with Krupa, and never felt pressured to make a decision. After deciding on a flat, Krupa also negotiated the best deal for us with the landlord regarding rent, repainting, repairs and installations, going above and beyond to surprise us with a brand new custom built boiler cupboard after my partner had just mentioned it in passing at a viewing. The referencing, contractual element and payment were all processed promptly and accurately, making the whole experience an easy one. Additionally, Krupa has even been in touch after our move in to make sure we have transitioned smoothly. In sum, our experience with Mile Estates and Krupa in particular has been excellent. The fees might be higher than elsewhere, but I would highly recommend Mile Estates and Krupa in particular as this estate agent actually seems to care about their customers, even after payment. Thoroughly professional and always helpful
It was a great pleasure selling our property with Mile Estate agents. They were thoroughly professional and helpful at all times and always available for advice. I would highly recommend using them, and as a small and independent organisation they offered a really personal service. They were 'spot on' with their pricing and marketing. I would use them again.

Friendly and very professional service
Mile Estate Agent is by far the best Estate agents we have ever dealt with, especially Krupa who has helped us get a beautiful 2 bedroom flat in our range of budget. She has always been available throughout the process and very friendly and helpful. The manager has also been very nice to us and made sure we met with the landlord before the move to introduce ourselves to them. It's ben the first stress-free move we did, thanks to Mile!

Honest, Reliable and Efficient
I first had contact with Miles Estates in 2014 and came close to a purchase a few times. Market was crazy back then and one thing is certain, Miles was never trying to overprice resulting in quick and efficient sales. In Feb 16, I tried again as had a good rapport with the team, and managed to snap up something after 3 well targeted visits. Best of all, managed to go from visit to exchange in a month exactly - incredible! Great team, great responsive and honest service, don't hesitate! Ben

forget the branding these guys are brilliant.
So although there are more attractive brands of estate agents in the area, i cant imagine you will find many that provide the service and knowledge that both kyle and Kay provided for me and my wife when selling 30 kilburn lane. I had 5 agents around to value , we had valuations far in excess and a few below. it was clear kay was not interested in winning my instruction by over valuing and he gave me an optomistic but realistic value that would secure a good sale. as soon as we signed we had a board up and three days later, after several pre organised viewings we had our property under offer to a couple that had been vetted thoroughly by kyle not to be a time waster. they certainly weren't and we managed to secure our onward purchase due to the communication and swiftness of the conveyancing process which kyle had an enormous part in moving along. If i could rate these guys more than five stars i would. It's true what people say: "Estate agency is a people business and i cant recommend the people at mile estates more".

Great Team
Moving into a new home can be one of the most stressful activities. Luckily, we had Mile Estates in Kensal Rise who made it the most enjoyable experience. They responded quickly to our many requests and we feel genuinely welcomed and accommodated whenever we visit them. To us, it’s just visiting our friends. What makes Mile unique is that they’re a team of diverse personalities, working cohesively to deliver an amazing service. On top of that, they have a great sense of humour. They’ve been our favourite neighbours and we would recommend them anyone.

Exeellent!
Krupa & Kay gve us nothing but excellent service whern we looked for tennants for our two bed flat on College Road. They went the extra mile to ensure we were happy to the smallest detail! highly reccommend Mile!

Excellent trustworthy local agent
I would completely recommend Mile. We had a very disappointing experience with a well known agency who were useless. We then appointed Mile and found them excellent: tenacious, straightforward, always polite and efficient - I had every call answered, and regular detailed updates about viewings and my sale progress. They were always good humoured and professional and overall a pleasure to deal with. I had full confidence they would get us our sale and they did. I would thoroughly recommend and think they need now to expand into the next area of London we are moving to!

Brilliant estate agents, so pleased we choose them!
When deciding which estate agents to pick my flat mate and I knew we wanted a local agent with excellent local knowledge. Kay and Kyle had exactly that. I was rarely at home during the viewings but had 100% confidence that they were doing their job perfectly. Once the offer was accepted Kay kept me in the loop and we were in constant communication. I couldn't ask for a better agent and would have no doubts at all in recommending them. The best agents in Kensal and surrounding areas!!
