Nice and professional
Christian was very helpful when we moved into our new flat. He kept us informed throughout the process, and he even helped us phrase terms of our offer which we would otherwise not have thought to put in. It is obvious that he works hard to keep prospective tenants and clients happy, and he made the whole process a lot less stressful. In addition to being very nice, he works fast and is very responsive. Would definitely recommend using Christian to find a new home.

Excellent service - again
Martyn Gerrard have provided excellent quality of service. Their staff are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I've returned to Martyn Gerrard for the fifth year as I value the tenants they find and the service they provide to me as a landlord. Since my first call Christian was very helpful at exposing to me only the ideas that suited my needs. He had a few properties in mind but as he understood exactly what I wanted from our phone conversations I chose the first flat he showed me. Documentation and contract related procedures were dealt with very swiftly, My follow up queries were responded very promptly and I am very greatful of the service provided.

Excellent experience with Martyn Gerrard and Christian!
We used Martyn Gerrard to find our most recent place and did this through their agent, Christian Ramos. Christian quickly understood what it was we were looking for finding us not one but two perfect properties through Martyn Gerrard. He then helped us through the process of making the offer and completing the move in. He was very helpful and accessible during this time for any queries we may have had. In addition to this, Martyn Gerrard's offer and check in process was very smooth and efficiently handled. All in all, we would happily look for a future property with both Martyn Gerrard and Christian!

How the Martyn Gerrard 'family' were with us every step of the way
I enjoyed working with Martin. Despite the fact that it was another agent that sold our property (so that- happily - we could then buy another from Martyn Gerrard in Finchley), Martin was a pleasure to deal with and entirely gracious about not making the sale himself. He worked tirelessly for us and was a pleasure to speak to almost daily for four months! I wish him and his team all the best.
