Great level of service, very friendly and professional
We bought our first property a couple of months ago and experienced Martyn Gerrard as a very good local alternative to all the major players. Martin was very helpful throughout the process and I would describe him as very friendly and professional sales agent, He was available at all times and facilitated flexible viewings of our desired property. He also made it possible to have several viewings/appointments to get building works estimates for the planned renovations which supported our buying decision. Overall, we were very happy with Martin and would recommend him to colleagues and friends. Keep up the good work!

Excellent service
Christian was (and still is) very welcoming and helpful all the way through the process of renting our flat. For example I went for the viewing alone in the afternoon, but felt that my wife needed to view the property too. Arranging another viewing at the same property the next morning was no problem at all. All in all a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend Christian and Martyn Gerrard. Estate Agents

Helpful and friendly
Christian helped me and my girlfriend find our first apartment together in Kentish Town. He was very knowledgeable when showing us around, which hadn't been the case with other agencies. Once the process of securing the property kicked off he was always on hand to field and questions and help out.

Rented our flat in a week!!!
Christian was exceptional in the process of renting our new flat in Tufnell Park. We were on a tight timeline and he helped us in anyway he could, and at the end we managed to rent our place within 1 week since viewing the flat for the first time. Very professional and always got back to me instantly, both on phone and emails. I highly recommend Christian if you want a flawless and quick process! No negatives at all!!!

Great agent. Highly recommend
Martin recently sold my flat in Kentish Town. He's a fantastic agent and kept me well informed throughout the process and was always very quick to get back to any queries I had. This is the first property I've sold and so a lot of the process was very new to me, but Martin gave me confidence that my property was in the right hands and carefully guided me through the process. I was pleased and impressed with the number of viewings Martin arranged, especially at a quiet time of year for house buying and am pleased with the offer we ended up accepting. I'd definitely recommend Martin as an agent and Martyn Gerrard to anyone looking to sell a property.

Martin dealt with the sale of my flat and, as the other reviewers have commented, always made sure he was available to promptly answer my queries, even after business hours were over. He made the whole process, which at times felt somewhat overwhelming, far easier to manage and I am exceptionally grateful for all the hard work he put in!

Best experience
