helpful and professional sales team

Thank you Hannah for all your help and patience as we found our First Home. Whilst things didn’t always go smoothly due to circumstances out of our control and we were pulling our hair out at times you kept your cool and kept the deal together even when the seller tried to pull out. Once we have settled in we would welcome you to come for tea. We will always recommend your professional service to anyone we know.

cant recommend them highly enough!

The directors of our RMC recently switched to ABC. Finally we have a dedicated block manager who I can talk to without going through a call centre. Hallelujah !!! we had many issues due to the poor management of the previous company and Tim has worked tirelessly to sort it all out and get everything ship shape, often giving up his own personal time to do so. Cant recommend them highly enough.

fantastic management team

Georgina & Lina have gone above and beyond the call of duty, helping us on Saturday night when the boiler broke down. Georgina came over and lent us 3 electric heaters so the kids were warm, whilst Lina arranged an emergency plumber to attend on Sunday morning to fix the boiler so we could have hot water. This could have been a disaster but they made it a smooth operation. Well done both of you!

Best move we have ever made

We transferred the block management to ABC after seeing their advert on sky TV. Best thing since sliced bread! we should have done this years ago! They have steered us in the right direction on so many issues and the lessees are now happy with the way things are going so well.

Reliable letting and management agent

I have just let my property through ABC Estates, I have never used them before but was impressed with how quickly they found good tenants for me. The staff in various offices cooperated together so as to ensure it was let within a few days. Very impressed, i will definitely be using them again!
