Excellent professional service

Incredible telephone mannerism

Marc Brahams and Karine Courcelle

Very pleased that Marc and Karine were able to secure the full asking price rent, for an extended period. Marc and Karine persevered when prospective tenants did not complete their references, and found replacement tenants quickly. They kept in touch by phone throughout.

purchase of house in Huntingdon Road, N2

I bought this house through Dario Esposito at MG. It was a probate sale and completion took place in November 2016. There were many hiccups along the way which could easily resulted in the purchase falling by the way side. I learnt how much hard work by the agent can be required for such a sale especially in quiet and more challenging house market conditions. My impression of estate agents had been coloured by the easy money to be made during the boom years. I have had now had to revise my views, and now understanthat in more challenging conditions the underlying qualities of an agent- such as training, market knowledge persistence, social skills, etc- counts for a lot, and will increasingly make the difference between closing a sale and not closing a sale. I nearly gave up on my purchase but because Dario remained confidence we could close the deal I persisted, we were able to work things out; we did indeed eventually close the deal. I spotted Dario working late on several occasions. I think it must have been after 6.30. Neighbouring agents in the High Road had clearly packed up and gone home.

A very helpful, supportive and hard working team.

When buying and selling within East Finchley this year Martyn Gerard were the only choice for us. Having bought through Ercan previously, i knew they were a team i could trust. We worked with both Ercan and his colleague Dario who were both professional, supportive and responsive. We had a good rapport and they worked independently and as a team to help us through the trials and tribulations of both a sale and purchase. As house moves go, the process was as hassle free as we could have hoped for, and this definitely was due to the hard work of Ercan and Dario. We are happy in our new home and thank Martyn Gerard for all their help.

Chris is a true professional and due to his fabulous work we rented a great house

We met Chris Hadjioannou and after a short discussion he managed to understand exactly what is the type of house we are looking to rent. Due to his help we managed to get to an agreement with the landlords and recently moved to the property.
