Dedicated and patient!

We worked with Dario from the East Finchley branch on our flat search for almost a year, we viewed numerous properties with us and he listened to all our feedback and continued to come back with more options. He was extremely patient and very flexible, showing us properties at all times to fit in with our schedules. His hard work paid off as we ended up finding the perfect flat that fit all of our requirements. We'd highly recommend Dario and Martyn Gerrard for a professional, friendly and very smooth service

Good experience with Dario

Dario from MG was great with our purchase. There were some hassles along the way with difficult chain situations, but Dario helped us work through it. We had a short deadline for exchange and Dario made sure we hit that.

seriously outstanding team

I am very happy with the services during this quite difficult pre-Brexit time on the market. The East Finchley branch of Martyn Gerrard truly delivers! Everyone is ready to sacrifice some extra time above the working hours to have your problem resolved.. A great job was done to let out the property with minimal loss for me as a landlady. I always feel that I am valued as a customer whether it is just a short telephone inquiry or a major problem with the tenants. I am very impressed.

Excellent service, highly recommend!

We have had an excellent experience with Martyn Gerrard. From our initial viewings with Ryan we found him very knowledgable and felt that our needs were being really understood. Unlike previous experience with other estate agents we were shown a range of properties which fitted our spec. Ryan and the rest of the lettings team have been very helpful and supportive throughout the process and we would highly recommend them!

Helpful and efficient

I have found Kimberley to be efficient and helpful and she has given me a reason to understand why I'm paying a management fee, which hasn't always been my experience.

Excellent agents

I would highly recommend Martyn Gerrard, in particular Marc Brahams and Lavinia Coroama. They were both extremely professional, helpful, and diligent. This was my first property to let and am very happy to have had such great service from these agents, who found me great quality tenants in a short space of time.

Great experience

We had a great experience with Martyn Gerrard and particularly Dario. He ensured we had lots of viewings and secured us a great offer within two weeks. He was very supportive throughout the whole process all the way to exchange and kept us updated throughout. We would certainly recommend Martyn Gerrard and Dario as an agent.
