Tenant Of 5 Years

Since Tiger took of management of our building things inproved - grounds were maintained without additional fees, troublesome tenants were dealt with and they were speedy to sort out issues in the flats. Broken appliances were always replaced with good quality new items. We have now moved out (brought a house) and would reccomend Tiger to anyone.

Really good agency to deal with - issues at the start with how property started, but after - great

Really positive service compared to any other agency I have used within price range. Maintenance has never been an issue and they have responded quickly - even out of hours. The staff are really nice too! We weren't too hopeful at the start, and only reason why not 5 stars. The house was no where near clean when handed to us. We did move in shortly after previous tenants though. Our deposit was returned in full, which was fair as we looked after the house well and cleaned up. Cheque was sent out within days of moving out. I would recommend these guys.

poor service from beginning to the very end

Entered the property after a FULL inventory from the estate agents to find the living room windown hinges were broken which allowed lots of cold air into the flat increasing our energy bills, the kitchen oven set alight due to all of the grease build up ( this is after an apparent deep clean was done) this then had to be cleaned by ourselves, the bedroom walls were full of mould and bacteria leaving a rotten smell of dampness, this also had to be cleaned by ourselves. To top it all off our deposit was reduced by Â£240 due to the gardeining not being upto standard ( Â£120 for a small amount of gardening needing to be done and Â£120 for the kitchen surface/oven to be cleaned) Not impressed in the slightest.

Poor poor

I have had to go physically in, because they don't return your calls , they don't answer your email . One of the properties I rent from them had had anymore of issues and only was has been dealt with. They sicken me with there poor and snotty attitudes. Stay clear
