Great service with excellent local knowledge
I have used Cannon Kallar on two occasions: once for a sale of a flat and previously as managing agents for a rental property. I have no hesitation in recommending them for both. Sales 2015 CK were highly professional and gave good advice throughout the sales process. They took excellent photographs, marketed the property well and helpfully followed the process through to completion. One of their strengths is their local knowledge. Rental Managing Agents CK managed my property for about five years. They were great: managing the rental process, finding a decent tenant and being on hand for day to day issues. It made it a painless process for me.

Smooth process facilitated by CK

Emma Fisher
I would like to rate Emma who oversaw the process of viewing and renting the property I now occupy in Deptford. I had been looking for 6 months and despite fraught nerves Emma was always calm and friendly. I never felt any pressure from Emma although she kept things moving forward and gently sent me reminders. Emma always remained in contact with me and she made a conscientious effort to accommodate my needs and answer all my queries despite the process not always being entirely straightforward. After I moved into the property Emma continues to liaise with the landlord and responds as promptly as she can regarding any queries or issues I might have . Overall a very pleasant experience to deal with an agent like Emma.

Good service through a relatively long transaction
I recently completed the purchase of a flat which was listed with Cannon Kallar and dealt with Lauren Shepherd in this regard. It was a fairly drawn out conveyance process with constant issues and stress. Through all of this, Lauren was excellent in helping move things along by liaising with various parties (one of whom was particularly difficult, to say the lease), assisting with communication with the vendor, promptly responding to my emails etc. I feel like her support in the process helped in getting everyone where they needed to be on multiple occasions.

Good, fair and reassuring.
Cannon Kallar offers good, friendly and thorough service and are always available to answer any questions you might have. My partner and I were looking for a one bedroom and was able to see the place we were interested in immediately. The agent Rob Langley was helpful, professional and very fair all through the process of arranging to rent our new home. You can tell Rob likes and takes pride in his job and the service he provides; it is not only important for him that the landlord has a good experience, but also the tenant. This made us feel very secure and calm about the process and we are now very happy in our new home. Thank you very much to Rob and the team at Cannon Kallar.

Helpful and to the point.
The Cannon Kallar team, in particular Claire Saunders and Nathan Matthews, were professional, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the purchase of my home. As a first time buyer they were keen to to give me as much information as they could with regards to my purchase from their client.

Great first time buyer experience
My agent Lauren at Cannon Kaller was really helpful at finding properties I might be interested in within the budget I had. She really understood what I was looking for and made sure I was the first to know about new property in London. Within two weeks I found the perfect one through them and in three months we had completed and I was moving in!! Cannon Kaller helped so much with the swift sale.

Incompetent or duplicitous? Probably both.
Genuinely the worst estate agents I have ever dealt with. I cannot tell if they are incompetent or duplicitous. Probably both. They change rules at the last minute that seem to make no sense. Don't trust them with anything - they lost our inventory, they used to let people into our house when we weren't there without notice. They told us we needed a guarantor (and so took £200 off us), then when it failed, they said we didn't need it as our salaries were high enough. Obviously, this charge was not refundable though. When I left, it took me 2 months to get my £900 deposit back, even though the inventory had been completed. They lied and said they had sent me my cheque twice; I know they lied because when I finally I received the 'new one' they had sent, it was dated weeks before. They will charge you to do pretty much anything. When our contract came to an end, they said that for my flatmate to continue with the property although changing two of the tenants names, there would be an extra cost of £300 per person. This is in addition to the ~£200 reference/guarantor charges, so they wanted to charge them more than they would someone 'off the street', but without actually doing any of the adverting, showing around etc. Avoid Cannon Kallar at all costs, I hated having to deal with them. They are just terrible at their jobs.
