Problem solving articulate professional and Friendly approach
My dealings with Phillip in particular have been an all round delight. His professional approach from start to finish was very refreshing and it was his attention to detail, which made him a joy to work with. He found me a property within a quick time frame matching my criteria exactly. I would strongly recommend both Phillip and Hurford Salvi Carr.

Success in record time
HSC achieved an offer at full asking price just one day after taking on my rental flat which had previously been listed with another agent.. In the end, the flat went above asking price, almost 15% higher than the offer found by the first agent. The tenancy began 10 days after HSC took over. As an inexperienced landlord, I had many basic questions, all of which Angela Kelly answered promptly and thoroughly. Business was conducted mostly via email as I was abroad during this period but HSC handled the entire process very efficiently. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the agency highly.

Pro-active and attentive
I used HSC after losing patience with an agent I had been using for some time who were failing to manage my central London property. Although it took a while to find me tenants amidst difficult market conditions HSC eventually came through first with suitable tenants and arranged for remedial work prior to them moving in. I have found HSC refreshingly personal and proactive in their approach not only to marketing my property but also in their efforts to manage the freeholder.

Good service overall
Needs some level of flexibility in dealing with potential tenants coming from countries outside the UK. We had a challenging experience going through the online reference application system that falls on Easter holidays where many people/references are on holidays. The timing to complete the whole process in 2 weeks time before the start of tenancy from our country of origin (Belgium) was frustrating. This could have been planned more effectively and realistically with unnecessary pressure.
