Great experience with our property manager

Efficient and responsive

Rakiya being our new property agent is efficient in solving our rented property problems. She is responsive and makes effort to call me to speed up the process of arrangement for the contractor to come. I truly appreciate her interpersonal skills and initiative to get our issues resolved. Committed and Helpful

I am a tenant and had few concerns about the service provided by previous property manager Gabriella . Rakiya took over and gave exceptional service and sorted my issues which were long pending. She also did follow up call to make us aware of situation. Thumbs up !! :)
