Willing to go the extra mile

We recently moved into a property in Greenwich with Life. We had some issues with the utilities and switching providers. This was stressing my partner and I out as we both have busy jobs and were unable to make any progress with it. Giorgia rang British Gas, spoke to the onsite manager and answered all my questions which I was very grateful for. I'm glad to have Giorgia to go to whenever I have tenancy problems, as I'm confident she will resolve them.
