Joe first showed me around a property which I knew I didn't like from the moment I arrived. He asked me why and what I was looking for exactly - I am often asked this and the usual answer is "you won't find it". Joe however immediately knew what to show me and told me that he had the perfect property for me, we booked the viewing for that weekend so that my husband could see it. Using Martyn Gerrard to sell my mum's house was the best decision right from the start. Ross White was always completely professional and always available when we needed him. He and Lukas worked tirelessly to secure all aspects of our house sale and proved invaluable when chivvying the other side along to finally exchange contracts! Ross was very patient in explaining the entire process to us and helping my mum at every turn.
