My husband and I found a house through Crucible. Overall it was fine, but after we had paid and were supposed to move in they forgot to send someone to the house to give us the keys and we were stranded for over an hour outside in the rain with all of our belongings. When the guy arrived we found out that the contract was for 6 months and not a year. So not the best experience, but not as bad as others.

The worst agency ever!!! Will not give our bond back and ignoring our emails and calls, will be taking this further!! Absolutely joke avoid these people at all cost !

Appalling service. I am a new landlord. Tenant has paid in advance and 3 weeks later I have not received anything. They can’t even produce a statement even though they have told me the amount I am due. My complaint was passed to the sales manager who promised payment - nothing and when I chased up - she had left the business. The branch has now escalated my problem to senior management and still nothing. I want to terminate my contract but can’t. Not fit for purpose. Telephone calls always go to voicemail and Rarely returned. Landlords (and tenants) beware. Update following reply from the Owner. Still waiting for a call to be returned (1 week ago) still absolutely no response from senior team - hooray - some money has been received - it took 4 weeks but alas no sign of a statement to reconcile the amount.

Rent a property the most ignorant people on the planet been waiting on simple repairs over a year now

Worst rental company ever to deal with. All enquiries regarding repairs ignored all phone calls and emails ignored then they have the cheek to say the property was unclean. It took 3 days to Clean it before it was habitable.... Photos to prove it.

They "forgot" whether they put the right fire cladding in our building so now we wake up to the sound of loud drilling and sawing, every day for 5 months
