Poor tenancy, constantly bugging over little things.

At the beginning they will act very professional, however once they have the contract signed they are terrible. They have so many hidden chargers. Totally unexceptable. Use one of the other agents as these guys are all about making money.

Worst Experience Ever - No customer service whatsoever even though you are a customer of theirs

Unprofessional, Unorganised and at times unbelievable. If you would like a letting agent that speaks to people like filth, incapable of transmitting a simple message and totally unable to write down anything they are told, this is the shambles for you.

Not very good Had an appointment at 2:45 on a saturday. When i got to the property the tenant answered unaware of my visit to the property. She was lovely and showed me around the property. I was excited to say the least! It was lovely! As soon as i saw the property i was extremely keen. The tenant advised me that she would put a good word in for the landlord as we are becoming homeless and was in need of this house. The tenatnt took.My number and said she would message the landlord (michael) and advise we wanted it. Emailed letting company as soon as i got home (10 mins after) and advised of my appointment time,name,phone number all the relevant information they needed. Asked in the email for an urgent call back so that i could pay £240.00 fees to secure the house. I also did try to call the office but it was closed on saturday. called 11:30am monday to be told it was gone! Angry/ upset that these people didnt really book me an appointment because the tenant wasnt even aware of our visit! Didnt get a chance to have this house! They gave a 3 bedroom property to a single person who doesnt need all the room and didnt not check there email as i wanted it first ! Tried to call again tuesday to discuss this further and they where shut for "staff training" Ive dealt with several letting agencies over the last 2 months, these have annoyed me more than any Of them! Was even willing to pay £240.00 ridiculous fees which i wouldnt have paid anywhere else. What a joke

Triple check on everything. I was due to get one of the houses, on the day of arrival the house was missing MAIN front WINDOW. Back door was clumsy, kitchen door was about 7" shorter than the frame!!! Best thing, they offered me to move into a house like that! To top it off the house was "redecorated", by their meaning, paint over old wallpaper that is rolling up on all on the edges and all of the above written. Around window frames it was an utter disaster. Due to the multiple delays on the house I had to move into a friends house and the first available house through them thereafter. Otherwise would end up on the street. The stress and unprofessional behaviour by them was above and beyond anything ever faced before. That is not even the end of all the problems either. As written in very first sentence, follow that, if chose to rent through them. Best to look elsewhere.

Been trying to contact their emergency number for last 24 hours no response to calls or text the property they own above me had a flood n ruined my flat.. thanks for your non response im far from happy not a good way to deal with problems....

Beware landlords do not use the company. They will cause you headache and stress . They take no responsibility for there unprofessional service and incompatance. Also linked with south Yorkshire housing. Truth.
