Professional and client focussed
We strongly felt our letting negotiator Dean Slater went above and beyond to help make our move to Clapham as smooth as possible. Dean always made himself available to answer any questions we had both promptly and professionally. Furthermore, Dean took the time to discuss and talk through our contract and was flexible in letting us view the property multiple times. Overall, we have been extremely pleased with the high quality of service provided by Gordon & co and would highly recommend them to anyone else looking to rent in the locality.

Steve Para - an experienced and helpful member of Gordon & Co management
I have known Steve ever since I entrusted Ben Temple with the management of my properties. Temples were subsequently bought out by Gordon & Co. but fortunately Steve continued in post with the new organisation. From a Landlord perspective continuity is very important - especially in todays changing environment. Despite the fact that the direct day to day responsibility of managing my properties moved out of Steve's hands years ago he has always been willing to act as a continuity contact, to coin an expression, without which I might well have considered reviewing the management responsibility of my properties Good on you Steve.

Approachable and efficient
I have dealt with this agency for many years and have always received good service. Of particular note is their property management service which, as a Landlord, I much appreciate. Their speedy efficiency makes my position as a landlord very easy.

My first call on my next house hunt
Having been through the house hunting process three times before in London, I have come to dread being patronised by agents transparently determined to upsell and incapable of listening to my needs, Thomas was a breath of fresh air in that regard, and I was thoroughly impressed both by his professionalism and his acute grasp of the south London lettings market. He managed to find me an excellent property in my price bracket (which I was unfortunately unable to put an offer in for due to external circumstances). Thomas will be my first port of call on my next house hunting excursion, and my first recommendation to fellow professionals looking for a decent place to live.

First rate service. Highly recommended.
Steve at Gordon & Co Battersea has helped me find tenants for my three rental properties in the Clapham/Vauxhall area. He and his team could not have been more helpful. They had great professional photographs taken within 24 hours of my builders finishing work, and in two instances had tenants lined up while work was still underway. All the tenants Steve has found have been super young professionals who pay their rent on time and look after my properties well. Gordon & Co provide a full management service in addition, and Steve is great at liaising with the property management team (Chloe and Kerry - always on the ball with any issues). Having used other agents in the past I can honestly say Steve and the Gordon's team provide a premium service at a reasonable cost. They are a pleasure to deal with and I wouldn't use anyone else. Don't be fooled by their offices, which aren't as bright and sparkly as some others - I might have been put off by this but was recommended by another landlord who uses Gordon's and haven't looked back.

Great advice and understanding
My partner and I met Thomas as we were looking for a property to rent in West London. Prior to the viewings, we had a very productive call with Thomas outlining our needs and expectations regarding the move. Thomas took our suggestion on board and only showed us properties that matched our expectations. Although we decided not to pursue any of them for the time being, Thomas would be our estate agent of choice when we look for a new apartment to rent again. Highly-recommended and very professional!
