Thomas Meilak of Gordon&Co is a first-rate lettings agent.

I've been landlord of three properties for nearly twenty years, and Tom is among the best lettings agents I've used. He's thorough, efficient, flexible, professional and courteous. He showed my flat to a prospective tenant the same day I confirmed the instruction. We received an immediate offer, a little under the asking rent. Tom negotiated the offer upward, and moved the tenants in for me (after liaising between me and the tenants, getting all questions answered, and arranging a professional clean for me) within a week. Exemplary service.

Definetely a positive experience

I would absolutely recommend Thomas. He was professional and efficient. I was thoroughly impressed both by his professionalism and his acute grasp of the London lettings market. He managed to find me an excellent property in my price bracket. Thanks Thomas!

Patient and thoughtful

Thomas has been amazing, my situation was complexe: international move without my partner therefore tight budget et lor of stress, However Thomas has been extremely patient and has understood all my concerns and has find a solution of each one it. I highly recommand him as an agent and I will definitely keep in touch with for my next steps.

Thomas has been very helpful throughout the process

I was looking for a flat to quickly move in before xmas and it is always not very easy to find a decent flat. in London. Tom showed me around a couple of flats that suited my criteria and is very open and transparent about the details. He constantly communicated throughout the application process and followed up with the landlord.. He has been very professional throughout and I would definitely recommend him. Thanks for your help.

Excellent Agent
