Great Lettings Agent
I've dealt with Thomas for a couple of years now and I'm happy to write this because of the level of service I've received. He has been excellent. Honest, concise and accurate. He has a real passion for the job for what he does, which really comes through. With some agents you can see they regard what they do as a job, but the energy and professionalism that shines through from Thomas you can clearly see that he views this as a career. I look forward to continue to deal with him.

Great communication and very efficient
Very happy that Jade was able to facilitate our speedy move into 29 Poynders Court. Se communicated very clearly throughout the whole process, always responded to our queries quickly and ensured we could move into the property with as little stress as possible.

Miss Moeller helped me to sort out my issues in the property I am currently renting. I have always been pleased with the service I receive at your branch. However, Miss Moeller's professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations. Jade Moeller Lettings Negotiator | Gordon & Co.
I had an excellent experience with Jade at Gordon and Co. I have been using agents for 9 years now and have had mixed experience, Jade was the most professional, understanding and the most accessible agent i have ever worked with. She went the extra mile to find, attract and engage the the right type of tenant.... she even cleaned the floor at one stage as she was not happy with the standard of the property before one of her viewings. She is a needle in a haystack and i highly recommend her services!

Beyond the call of duty
Thomas is great at what he does. He sells by not selling, he listens in your requirements and manages to find you property that is spot on. He is also very informative and service minded. A true breath of fresh air. An absolute pro. I would recommend Thomas any day to family, friends, colleagues and I would know they would be in good hands.

Professional and helpful

Helpful, polite, professional & welcoming
Dean was first and foremost a very nice guy who acted in a friendly yet professional manner. Any questions we threw at him - he answered them in lots of detail and we left the property feeling like we knew everything we needed to know. Dean gave us various options and showed us different flats on site, he communicated clearly and even arranged to a second viewing for us on request. He responded to our initial interest within a few hours which meant we could secure the property we now call home! Thanks so much Dean, see you around!
