A job well done
When it came to the all-important question of value I found Scott to be very much in tune with his local market. This resulted in the transaction panning out very much as intended. In addition to his local market skills Scott was straight talking and reliable. From my experience he is a credit to the company he represents and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to any home owner.

Brilliant agent Sophie Henry
Sophie Henry was amazing through and through both from my side as the buyer and from the sellers side communicating for both sides and got the job done. We were very pleased with the way she handled things and solved any issues we had. She is well deserved.

Great service when selling flat
I recently exchanged on my 2 bedroom flat, and couldn't have done it without Sophie Henry. She helped negotiate a great price early on, and was patient, diligent, and persistent through the long months and complications that ensued, until we finally exchanged. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her or Martyn Gerrard in general.

Excellent Service
Amir did a brilliant job selling our property, and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. He was professional, courteous, and was always available to chat through issues at length, whenever they arose. Great experience, thank you Martyn Gerrard
We have had a very positive experience with Martyn Gerrard. When our rental tenant through another agent fell through the day we were moving out, MG came to the rescue. They had 4 viewings scheduled in within an hour and the same day, had us an offer from a great tenant. From that point on, Rayan, our main contact ensured that all the checks and deposits were progressed as swiftly as possible and kept us fully informed with a daily call to share progress. Rayan was fantastic and I was very impressed with his professionalism and handling of our needs. Thank you to Rayan, Jamie, Eva, Jatin and everyone at Martyn Gerrard!

Dollis Park
We are very happy we chose Martyn Gerrard (Finchley Central) to sell of our flat on Dollis Park, N3. Their friendly, professional and honest approach made a stressful process (particularly during Brexit), certainly bearable. During those difficult weeks, we lost our buyers 3 times, however the MG team found us new ones within days, every time. They are by far the friendliest and most helpful agent in the area. A pleasure to work with!
Sophie from the Finchley Central office was brilliant. She was super helpful and reliable. She stood apart from other agents we had dealt with previously in that she was consistently on time, responsive, and proactive about keeping the process on track. Plus, she was always smiling and happy to help - even when I'm sure we were driving her mad with our questions! Sophie's warmth and encouragement throughout, made what could have been a very stressful process much easier. We will definitely give her a shout if we need an agent again.

good communicator
Amir was a great help when we wanted to buy our new home. He helped us through the various complexities of the negotiation, and we are pleased with the deal we were able to get. In addition Amir was on time and clear with his communication, very polite and highly professional.
