Helpful staff offering immediate assistance

I am an international student. I am so grateful to rent a house through Sherratt Properties. They found me a lovely house to stay with my friends. The unit is within walking distance to my university and the environment is so good. They also offer help immediately to us when I contact them. I appreciate their help.

Extremely professional service

I rent a house through this agency and they are extremely helpful and professional. Issues are resolved straight away. Cannot fault the service.

Very good agent

I rented my property through this agency and can honestly say the service has been fantastic. I have used several agents in the past but none compare to these. I do not have to worry about a thing, I feel rest assured that my property is in safe hands.

Never coming back!!!!

didn't get my deposit back as been told the room needed a clean plus chair was broken, however on request do you have an evidence in reports and photos Jenny (manager) said if I'm telling her how to do her job and that I got an attitude, like really??? I got right to ask questions regards where my money going, I left a property spotless clean and nothing been broken. Very aggressive, rude and nasty person, never ring back when they say and when you turn up to the agency they telling you they will ring you back. Useless!!!!!
