We honestly could not recommend Paul highly enough. From start to finish he has been absolutely incredible throughout the whole process. By far the most proactive, friendly, and helpful estate agent we have ever dealt with. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he constantly went out of his way to make sure everything got done and kept moving forward. Paul communicated with us every step of the way, chased things up when needed, and genuinely cared about getting everything sorted for us. To be honest, he did more work than the solicitors at times! A huge thank you to Paul for all of the hard work, support, and professionalism. He is a real credit to the company and genuinely deserves a raise for how much effort he puts in.

Really great experience with the estate agent Adam who came to value my property for a remortgage. He was really friendly and easy to deal with. He didn’t really need to come out in person, but still made the effort to pop round and do the valuation anyway, which I thought was really nice of them and super helpful. Everything was quick, straightforward, and stress-free. Would happily recommend!

I would certainly recommend Martin Mellor. We sold our property after tenants moved out & we had moved to another area. Martin sold the property quickly and kept an eye on it as it was empty during the sales process. He took photos to show he had been into the property ( to satisfy Insurance company) and sorted out queries from the buyer. He helped to get the sale over the line when timelines were pressing. No hesitation in recommending his services.

Will was absolutely amazing throughout our selling and buying experience! We had our house on with a different agent and our listing had gone completely stagnant. Will came round and suggested a new price and brand new advert. The pictures and descriptions were brilliant and really made our house shine, we got an asking over asking price shortly after! He was brilliant at chasing all the different solicitors involved in the chain and made sure we were updated promptly. He was a pleasure to speak to and made the whole process so much more easy for us. Can't thank him enough and 100% recommend to anyone.
