5 stars is what the Saltburn Ewemove team - Sean, Nicola and Suzanne - deserve for their excellent service selling my home. For the initial valuation, Sean brought up a bespoke document giving recent sale prices and time on the market for roughly comparable properties, which helped me decide on a price. The Rightmove entry included a floor plan as standard, which I consider essential. Including Xmas and New Year, it took 5.5 weeks on the market to get a buyer. Ewemove carried out the viewings and offered evening, weekend and daytime appointments. This worked very well, as frank conversations took place and I got immediate face to face feedback from the agent. After the solicitors took over and it was quiet, Ewemove kept in touch with me. The team were professional and friendly. They were proactive. They made me feel important as a customer and I have no hesitation about recommending Saltburn Ewemove.

Oz was absolutely brilliant from the moment we met til the day we handed over the keys. Always answered any email or calls within a day (even when he was on holiday). Ewe move will always be a first choice if we are to move again and we will always refer them to a friend who is moving. To finish off the sale we was handed a bottle of prosecco which was a lovely touch. ***HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!***

I am in the process of purchasing a property through Redbrik New Homes. So far they have been great. They are friendly, respond promptly to emails and calls, and have kept me updated throughout. I have dealt mostly with Brad, he has been brilliant and so have the other members of the team. They also use the Street mobile app so you can conveniently track the status of the process. Based on my experience so far I would recommend them if you are looking to purchase a new home.
