Despite some initial problems with our rented property, the agency was responsive and proactive throughout the tenancy to resolve any maintenance issues etc. Very easy to communicate with. Full deposit fairly returned and in good time.

Finally got round to submitting this review, now the unpacking is finished. In theory I should be writing a review for our estate agent and not the estate agent that we purchased from! However, we would have been lost and highly stressed if it had not be for Matt at Ewemove, he kept us up to date with everything more that our own estate agent, he did most of the chasing down the chain etc. His professionalism and friendly nature (with no BS) puts him way above any agent we have used in the past. I will definitely use Matt in the future and would highly recommend him to anyone else.

Lee is second to none with his approach to buying and selling property, with superb attention to detail. He understands the market and has wider experience than just property itself, which he applies to ensure all parties are in a win-win situation. Most of all, Lee understands people and treats every single sale personally. This is why he is so successful. He retains a bank of information on what his clients actually want and he brings it to them efficiently, creating a smooth process with minimised risks. He keeps you updated every step of the way, but most of all, he keeps you calm! I cannot recommend both Lee and Craig enough, and wouldn’t work with anyone else. Complete game changers.
