Claire and David are a fab team whom genuinely care about their service to you as a customer. They are friendly, nothing is too much trouble and they know their stuff! They are by far the most pleasant and reasonable estate agents in the Newquay area I have dealt with. Highly recommend their service.

We recently sold our house in Newquay with Ewemove. We met Claire and David on a Sunday morning, after our meeting we new they were the right people to sell our house. They are true to their word, trustworthy, supportive, and available 24/7. Definitely use them again and totally recommend to anyone selling.

David and Claire have been wonderful. Even though they were the Sellers' representative they work as if they were ours as well. They responded to every query (and there were a lot of them) in a timely manner. They were both very professional and yet also very personable. We don't know what we would have done without them.

This is the second time our family have used Ewemove and I chose them because of the amazing service my son received courtesy of Ewemove in Hampshire. We were selling a property in Cornwall and after ringing round various high street agents and being told they were too busy to give a valuation for weeks, that they close at 5pm and not open on Sundays, and they quoted 1.75% + commission; we spoke to Ewemove, and Claire and David were able to visit within 2 days for a valuation. There was no flannel or pressure, the price was right and communication agreed for us to be shared via WhatsApp. Whenever we messaged the response was immediate, regardless of what day or time, they did viewings and we had an offer within 2 weeks. Excellent service for a potentially stressful time. 👏

If you’re looking for an estate agent that really WANTS to sell your property Clair and David are the only choice. We got a good feeling about them from the first visit to our home. They are passionate about what they do and do it very well. The smallest detail we told Clair was retained and past on to the prospective buyers. Clair and David did the research into the area and our home and presented it, not with bits of paper about ‘other’ recently sold property or with statistics and figures (although they had them to hand), but as if they wanted to live there themselves, and sold our home with professionalism throughout. The Communication we received was excellent and they really do live, eat and breathe property . Our home was sold within a week and we would not hesitate to recommend and reuse Claire and David at Ewemove in the future. Thank you guys 😊
