We were recently involved in a very, very drawn out sale/purchase and ended up being clients of Robert Watts for 5 months. Despite selling our house in just a week our sellers dragged things out to ridiculous extremes. Throughout the stress and frustration Robert Watts were brilliantly supportive and provided great advice. The staff were patient (despite having to deal with very difficult sellers!), knowledgeable and friendly.....I'm convinced we wouldn't have lasted the distance without them but now we have our dream house and are completely grateful. I'd recommend this company to anyone.

I have dealt with Newton Fallowell, Grantham on a number of occasions and they were the obvious choice to sell our property with this time. They have always been quick to get us a sale and this time was no different. As it happened the property we purchased was also marketed through them and the whole transaction was a pleasure. I have only ever dealt with Gavin and Karen in the office however, this time I often spoke with Kal or Georgia. They are all knowledgeable and are quick to help, they always knew at what stage we were at in the sale process. I would certainly use them again and recommend them in any future sale.

Nicola Astley, based at the Highfield Road branch, was amazing and supportive in helping me sell my house. She kept in regular contact with me and went the extra mile to iron out issues arising which could have delayed the sale. I would highly recommend using Watts to sell your property and am giving them a 5 star rating to show my appreciation.
