My experience dealing with Kate was very positive, She went out of her way to show us the property several times as well as giving us extensive advise and continuous support until completion. She did all she could to help us purchase the property, and did it extremely quickly. Kate was always in contact with us giving updates on the purchase. Overall excellent service all round,

I cannot speak too highly of the service we have received from the staff at YourMove Crossgates relating to the recent sale of our property. It was a move fraught with difficulties that were in no way YourMove's problem but Sandra worked so hard for us to complete the process. Her efforts definitely went beyond what I expected and would like to thank her for all her work. I honestly think that if it was not for her the whole move would have fallen through and cost us a large amount of money. i very much enjoyed our phone calls as her positivity and humour came through helping to reduce the stress that at times threatened to overwhelm myself and my wife. We both cannot thank her enough.

I have used SB Living to let my house for several years. Initially I was unsure. I had spoken to several agents and I was totally confused which one to choose. However, I am so glad I opted for SB Living. I am just a small fish in a big pond when considering SB Living deal with much bigger land lords with many houses. Yet any time I speak to them they make me feel as if I am the only person they are working with. My house has been let continuously for many years now despite changes in tenants. All laws and regulations are adhered to and I am consulted fully regarding any repair work. Two years ago I even used their recommended builders to do extension in my own house. I am so glad I opted for SB Living all those years ago.

This was my second year of university and my first agent and place was terrible! But these guys are great starting from the initial showing of the houses down to collecting the keys. Nick was very helpful when showing properties because he had a variety and all very close by to shops and town. Fiona from their office was great when handling the paper work and got it done within a day. This was totally the opposite to another angry in Leeds so they are worth a review and a stay! Thanks guys!

We bought a leasehold property via Park Lane and they were helpful all the way through - providing excellent, prompt service and chasing things up whenever necessary. It took us around a year to buy a property from start to finish, and Park Lane - namely Nick, Satty and Lucy - were all helpful and patient throughout the whole process. I'd definitely be happy to work with them again.

I have rented my property out through Northwood Leeds for the past five years and have just sold it through them. As a company to rent the property through, they have been superb. Living abroad obviously makes it a bit more difficult to attend to things, and Northwood have always responded quickly and intelligently to any issue that cropped up. They provided real security for me, as I was very comfortable in the knowledge that my property was cared for and looked after. I have just sold the property through Northwood, and again the service received has been second to none. Nothing is too much trouble and they alway provide excellent service. I can't recommend them highly enough.
