We have been working with Charley at Ashtons for over a year now, and I honestly can't praise her enough. From the very beginning, she has been incredibly professional, responsive, and supportive. Our sale went through quickly and smoothly, thanks to Charley’s hard work and dedication. But where she really went above and beyond was when our purchase (with another agent) fell through after a year — an incredibly stressful and disappointing time. Charley quickly got some more properties booked in for us to view, to ensure there was no issues with our Sale. Through it all, Charley was there, negotiating on our behalf, always quick to reply to messages, and constantly reassuring and calming me down when things got tough. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares and goes the extra mile, but Charley absolutely does. She’s knowledgeable, approachable, and extremely effective at what she does. We felt like we had someone truly in our corner throughout the whole process. If you're buying or selling, I cannot recommend Charley and the team at Ashtons highly enough. They’ve been amazing from start to finish, and we’re so grateful for everything Charley has done for us. Thank you so much, Charley — you’ve been a star!
