Recently had photos taken of our property by Chris. He was very professional, advised us with any questions we had and helped us get the best pictures possible. We also had Luke give us a valuation of our property beforehand and he was very knowledgeable about the housing market etc.

We recently used Martin & Co as the agents to sell a property for us following a death in the family, with us dealing primarily with the Coalville and Castle Donnington branches. Chris came to do the initial valuation and guided us through the process. The team managed the viewings for us, and kept us regularly updated throughout the marketing and sale stages, through calls, messages or email. They also arranged clearance of the garage for us which was appreciated. The use of the Propertyfile site was very useful and enabled us to track remotely booked viewings/offers etc. A specific mention for Ella who was working closely with us, who was approachable, friendly and professional throughout. I would certainly recommend using this agent.

Buying my first home.

I am in the process of buying my first home and the team at Martin and Co have been so supportive and helpful. I have been working closely with Becki who is always there with advice and does her absolute best to work around my requirements. Becki and the team have kept in constant contact with me and made sure I was ok during this process and if there was any support they could offer me. Can’t thank them enough so far…great team. Martin & Co Recently sold my property

I have recently sold my house with Martin & Co. The hard work, commitment & dedication that Becki shown is nothing short of outstanding. The help & support she has given me has definitely been above & beyond any 5* service. I am a strong believer that communication is key and Becki never failed in this area. She listened to my frustrations with solicitors and assured me she would do all she could to help, and she did. She spent hours of her time on hold to multiple solicitors down my chain, chasing for updates & pushing for completion dates. On top of that she never stopped until we had a completion date. She contacted me in her own time, in the evenings to update me. When Becki tells you she will get back to you, there is absolutely no doubt that she won’t. Even if it’s in her own time. A girl that is true to her word. She pulled out all the stops to ensure the customer (myself) was happy & satisfied. Becki is a credit to Martin & Co. She is adding value to your business on a daily basis through sheer dedication & commitment. She is extremely professional for her age and shown me nothing less than 110% at all times. Her work ethic is something you should all be proud of. I will be contacting Becki again with my Buy to Let’s. She is an absolute ⭐️

Matt came out to complete an initial valuation on our house in Markfield. He arrived on time and was well prepared, clearly having done his homework. He spent time looking around our property and then gave us honest feedback about what he valued it at and the best way to market it. Matt was not in any way pushy and was extremely polite and courteous. We also spoke with Jack in the office who was again extremely helpful.
