They handled all enquires with courtesy and professionalism, and were unfailingly prompt in passing on necessary information between buyers and seller. I never felt like my questions - either about the property or about the process for purchasing the property - were left at the bottom of a to-do pile, but were dealt with promptly and kindly. We had an outstanding experience working with Michelle and couldn’t recommend her more highly. Her communication was excellent throughout, always keeping us informed and making the whole process feel calm and well managed. She genuinely goes above and beyond and you can tell she truly cares about getting the best outcome for her clients. Having sold several houses over the years, we can honestly say this was by far the best experience we’ve had with an estate agent.
