Rented a short term property in Mayfair. The property was well presented and all issues were resolved in a very timely fashion, there was a 15 minutes wait at check in but that’s really the only complaint we had.

We really appreciate Dendrow's efforts in helping to secure us a tenant. We alone would not have found tenant's at a good/fair rate for the flat. I don't normally like dealing with estate agents but in this case Amar, Zead and Tiana at Dendrow have achieved what many other agencies including the larger, well known ones have not been able to, and in only a couple of couple of viewings as well. In our view this is genuinely impressive. They are all really decent, nice people too and seem to work collaboratively as a team rather than competitively as individuals looking for a commission which is really nice to experience and restored my faith in estate agents. Thank you.

WONDERFUL SERVICE AND DEDICATION. Plaza Estates has been very helpful in assisting with my property search. We are not from the area and have been giving a tour of all the properties which meet our requirements in the Knightsbridge and Kensington area. We have not found the perfect property yet but are still working with Plaza Estates to achieve this goal and thank them for their wonderful service and dedication.

I bought, rented and sold a property with Paul as the agent and in each of the different roles Paul was excellent. What I respected most was when we had a situation where new tenants moved into the flat, the previous tenants were very sad to leave, but there was a problem with a leakage we were unaware of. My approach was to apologise, deal with it immediately and to not charge for the few days whilst the repair was carried out. My reasoning was that this would demonstrate from the outset that we were responsible and considerate landlords/agents and this would result in a long term harmonious relationship. Paul was totally in agreement, organised the repairs and the tenants went from being annoyed to feeling completely satisfied with the service. As with the previous tenants their situation changed and they were sad to leave. The sale process was also conducted in an exceptional manner and again we stayed close to the local market conditions. We both recognised the realities of the market and both knew that it was pointless to overprice, you can't beat the market. Paul (and Zoe) is astute, very commercially minded, and locally aware. Do not hesitate to work with him.

Mo Kanso helped us find a place in a short timeframe over the 2017/18 Christmas and New Year holiday period. He went above and beyond, coming in over the holidays, on his weekends, accommodated lots of visits to the property even after the deal had been done to help me measure up, negotiated works with the landlord, etc. Exceptional customer service, very rare to find with agents it's sad to say but Draker have definitely instilled the right values in their staff. Very grateful !

Hugely impressed with this agency! Other agents [the biggest names in property] either failed to show up to arranged viewings [when I was on the doorstep having rushed out of work] or were very delayed in responding to basic queries. At Zach Knightons, Adam and Maria were on time, friendly, quick to answer questions/offers regardless of the time and all in all a great team to work with. From receiving all the documents to getting the flat turned around and ready for my movers in less than 24hrs, I couldn't have had an easier time renting through this group. I'd highly recommend Zach Knightons.
