George went above an beyond for us to find a property when we were extremely tight on time. The process to acquire the property which has usually been a painful one for me was extremely easy and efficient. We unfortunately had an unforeseen problem with the boiler in the property which he and his colleagues handled extremely well and they communicated all the steps that were being made almost daily. This was a problem certainly not the fault of the agent and yet George went as far as to offer me his own address to pop round and grab a hot shower.! Very pleased with all that was delivered and no doubt I will be calling on George and Marsh & Parsons in the future.

We had some very specific requests for the property we were looking for ( 2 bed, dish washer, outside space, ...). Becky (Rebecca) made sure to listen and really picked out the properties that ticked all the boxes. She was extremely honest on the properties we enquired about and made sure we didn't lose time on the ones that just weren't appropriate for our situation (cat & dog). The flats she showed us were all little jewels, In the end we didn't go for a property Becky showed us, but that was because we decided to go for a totally different region than where we initially looked.

I just wanted to give you some feedback on Chris. He did property viewings with me last Thursday, where we did five viewings. We did another 13 viewings with four more agents over the next two days (we have an urgent need to move). Chris was by far and away the best agent we dealt with. He was thoroughly prepared, and knew the details of each property inside out. He was personable, and took real time to understand what I was looking for. When arranging a second viewing with him for one of the properties, he was quick, responsive and flexible. He was just a joy to work with! Unfortunately, the property that we have decided to go for happens to be with another agent - but if I could have chosen anyone to rent through, it would be Chris. I spoke to him today to explain, and again, he's been professional, helpful in keeping options open, and just generally lovely. In an industry where agents can have a bad name, I wish there were more like Chris. He was a superstar and I hope he gets the recognition for doing such a good job.

As part of my search for a flat I was in touch with Leanne and Andréa, who were incredibly helpful - from identifying a flat to rent, to the initial stages of the process and beyond. They were happy to answer any queries I had (which were numerous, at times!), and walk me through an otherwise unfamiliar process. I would recommend both of them without hesitation.

Ian Barrett and his team performed at the highest standard. Despite an unsuccessful exchange, the team chased other buyers and got us a bidding war within weeks of losing the original bidder. They followed through with the new buyer in a thorough but professional way up and until exchange. Great choice, would definitely hire them again!

Such a FANTASTIC agency. Sashko in particular has been the best estate agent we have ever dealt with. He is the only agent I have ever met who has put the needs and well being of us above all else. He called us after all money had been exchanged and after we were moved in, just to check that everything was going well. He has gone above and beyond his job to make sure the stressful process of renting a property and moving was as smooth as possible. It is so refreshing to have dealt with Cannons and Sashko and I sincerely hope more people use them and other estate agents learn from them. From now on, we will only deal with Cannons estate agents.
