This is my third engagement with McFarlanes (Cricklade Office) having used them previously to both rent out and sell my former home, and I have to commend them yet again for handling my current sale so well too. They have consistently exceeded my expectations by efficiently (and sympathetically) dealing with all of my problems during a messy conveyance - by providing me with assistance and advice beyond their remit 'out of hours' and late into the evening from their own homes. How good is that? Once again I have to shower Silvia with so much credit and thank her personally for her inexhaustible support and kindness. If I were a CEO, I'd head-hunt her lol. So, a big thank you to this wonderful company, and to the MD, Shaun - who is a total gentleman, for creating such a well oiled team. You can safely put your trust and confidence in the hands of this agent.

Martin & Co Swindon are the loveliest agents, kind, helpful and warm, and if anything needed fixing they were onto it in hours and arranged maintenance the next day, or certainly within 3 days. Ive loved my experience with them, Ive lived in their property for 6 years, and they have treated me with respect, care, kindness, and consideration! Fantastic agents! I am so sad to leave them. Dave Whaley heads the team in Martin & Co Swindon, and I truly believe that the respect and kindness I received filters down from the top! He is a gem. I thoroughly recommend Martin & Co Swindon with my heart and soul. 6 years as a tenant with them and I would certainly know them very well, and they me. And I can tell you Ive not ever had any bad experiences with them, only 5 star treatment! And I wasn't a privileged tenant in a swish fancy big property, no I was in a modest but lovely little property that I adored and cared for as though it were mine. Brilliant customer service and lovely warm people, a joy to work with for so long. I shall truly miss them. As a local landlord we were very pleased to find McFarlane enthusiastic about the area and the property, with good knowledge of both.
