I moved over as a tenant of Northwood a few years ago when they took over the previous agency. They were always a pleasure to deal with. Really nice when they came out for inspections, and not over the top at all. I didn't really have emergencies, but when my back door mechanism broke they understood my concern, with me having a dog that couldn't access the garden, and got it sorted for me as fast as possible. During my leave out process I had so many things go wrong on the other end of it, and Northwood were so empathetic, really kind, spoke on my behalf to my Landlord, really went above and beyond. thank you for everything.
