I’ve had a great experience with Squarefoot. Catrin, Julie, Tara and Nadia were always prompt in responding to any queries, and carried out regular property inspections, which helped everything stay in good shape. They were also fair and kind when it came to handling my deposit. Throughout, their approach was professional but with a personal touch that made a real difference. Would highly recommend!

After a shaky experience trying to sell the property by Private Treaty it was a breath of fresh air dealing with Lewis at Seel and Co. Everything went smoothly, quickly and efficiently with his excellent advice ensuring a very successful outcome. Sean and the team have been managing my property for the last few years now and I couldn't be happier. As a Landlord of a property, I have being using J P Executive Lettings for the past 10 years - throughout this time the communication and service provided has always been fantastic. They take the stress out of finding reliable trustworthy tenants which is always taken care of in a timely manner resulting in no unoccupied loss of rent between tenancy changes. In addition, never in 10 years have I had a late payment from the carefully screened and sourced tenants they refer. J P Executive also manage in terms of guidelines and legislation as part of the tenancy agreements. Additional services such as contacts/tradespeople are also available if and when needed (deep cleans between tenancy changes and EPC certs). I highly recommend Jamie and the team, I personally would not use anyone else when it comes to a service partner for my property.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently bought a two-bed apartment, and I can’t speak highly enough of Hannah. After a previous sale fell through with another agent who was awful at communicating and never kept me in the loop, working with Hannah was like night and day. She was always on top of things, kept me updated, and answered all my questions quickly and honestly. Hannah made the whole process so much smoother, and I really felt like she had my best interests at heart. Highly recommend!
