Just completed on the sale of my property with MGY. After going through two other estate agents prior to this (who both failed to market the property properly or make efforts to sell it), I was wondering if it would again be sat there for months on end, but the team had multiple viewings within days and I accepted an offer just a few weeks later. I wish I’d gone with MGY sooner - it would have saved me months and months of waiting.
