Rawlinson and Webber received five stars from me as they found me my perfect home in weeks where others could not. I found them to be extremely professional and nothing was too much trouble. They went to great lengths to help me and were continually in contact. It is a very warm and happy welcome you receive when you first enter this lovely estate agents, the people who work there are kind, courteous, professional, attentive and worked extremely hard to find me a perfect home. I walk my dog for two hours everyday in and around Molesey and it is their Rawlinson and Webber estate agent signs I see more of than any other estate agents in Molesey! I would highly recommend using their professional services if you want to deal with agents that want the best for you and who listen. Miss J Hall

I have just expanded my search to include Raynes Park so decided to visit the local agents. I was pleasantly surprised when I went into Aspire, the staff were very polite and professional, one chap in particular, Michael, was very helpful. We had a long chat about the area and what would best suit my requirements, I was amazed to find out he had only been working in Raynes Park for a couple of months as his knowledge and understanding of the local market was impeccable. I wouldn’t usually recommend an agent, but was/am very impressed with the service I have experienced.

Paul and Shirley were great when we first rented, then sold our house in Worcester Park. Valuation was correct, found a perfect tenant within a few days, then when we asked if Coopers would sell it as well they found someone straight away. Even when the other party started to stall, Paul and Shirley kept us informed and gave us advice on how to bring the deal to a close. Could not recommend them highly enough.

I was shown several properties by Marta Rubio Padreny and her attitude throughout was exemplary. I had sent her a list of my requirements and budget and she immediately went to find properties that were as close to my specifications as possible as well as a couple of other options for consideration.. Any questions I had about the properties, the area, or proximity of building works were answered within 24 hours. There was no hard sell or pressure, just encouragement and patience.
