Extremely professional service!

From the very beginning of the process, Kay has been really accommodating, facilitating viewings at short notice and at weekends which was a great help as we lived in another part of the country. She was extremely professional, gave us regular and clear updates, responded to queries quickly and made the whole process much less stressful for us. Purchase of a new build home to exchange

Putterills (Knebworth) are the selling agents for a small new development in Knebworth. We have found the selling Sales Manager (Dom) extremely professional. He has ensured that the process of progressing the purchase has been smooth and liaised both with the developer (Matthew Homes) and the site manager (Tom). Dom has maintained communication on a regular basis. He has answered questions promptly and chased as needed other parties. This has significantly reduced stress associated with the purchase of a new home. I should add that Dom also positively assisted with pushing the progress of the whole chain we are involved in. I will add that the Putterills Knebworth office should be mentioned with phones answered promptly and professionally. Messages are always delivered and responded. I would recommend Putterills to others where they provide the agency service for a new home development.

Outstanding!!

A well deserved 5 star review! As first time buyers we were not entirely sure what to expect or where to start when it came to purchasing our first home! But luckily our estate agent was second to none! From the very second she showed us around the property to the moment we completed Kay was always at the end of the phone and on hand to help with anything we needed.. She ensured throughout the entire process that everybody who needed to be in contact was; and was always quick to update us with any progress. Thanks to her the entire process ran smoothly and she made the daunting experience of buying our first home both enjoyable and personal. We cannot recommend her and Putterills highly enough. . Prompt and professional service from the agents who dealt with the sale of the apartment

Although happy with the service provided by Putterills, I was disappointed that being such experienced agents who have dealt with sale of new build before could not foresee or predict accurately the time the developer would take to deal with such a large project. As a consequence, the flat has cost us more than what we had budgeted for.
