Outstanding Performance
Putterills were the sellers agents for my recent house purchase. The service offered to me throughout the whole experience was exemplary, Janice Richardson who managed this sale was just fantastic and dealt with every question/ concern arising, with proffesionallism, and empathy. Supportive, informed and good communicators
I have heard many bad things about estate agents. Luckily Putterills are an exception! They have been fantastic with supporting us through the process as first-time buyers and kept us well informed throughout the way. Janice in particular has been brilliant. Thank you!

A Fantastic Team
The whole process of selling our home in Little Wymondley was handled very efficiently and professionally from start to finish. Henry Canning has built a fantastic team in Hitchin. Our main contact throughout, Helen Badcock, was brilliant. In fact we sold our cottage for the asking price within three days.

Professional and friendly service
We recently sold our property on the Hill View Estate in Hitchin though Putterills. It was an excellent service all the way - from the initial visit, marketing materials to the quick sale achieved. Helen Badcock was our main point of contact and she was super: she kept us informed throughout, offered helpful advice and her professional and friendly manner made us feel confident and reassured.

Absolutely spot on!
I have now sold two properties with Putterills, based on the recommendation of a friend who had sold her last three houses with them. I can now firmly make recommendations of my own and I cannot rate Putterills highly enough! From long before I instructed them to put my last property on the market, they were phenomenal, with Henry offering fantastic advice and steering me in the right direction as to what I ought to be doing. They put my house on the market at about 3 pm on a tuesday and had contacted me with an asking price offer by 3 pm the next day. The property sold for more that the valuation price and Helen kept in contact with me throughout the whole process, neither being distant or pushy. The balance that the whole team at Putterills achieved was exactly what I needed. If anyone is looking to sell a property within the areas that Putterills cover, they should not hesitate to give them a call. I only wish that they covered the area that I am now living in, so that, should I need to sell my current house, I could use them!
